The Rayburn Country Electric Cooperative is non for profit electric cooperative in Rockwall, Texas. This contemporary adaptation of southern architecture includes the construction of a new 15,300 square feet of professional office space with a large state-of-the-art board room. PCM served as the construction manager on this project and played a key role in making sure that the project finished well under the projected budget.
