In February of 2009, PCM began working as a construction consultant for a design/build project for Farmers Electric Cooperative. During this project, PCM took on many roles including the interviewing and hiring of architects to design the 40,000 square foot office warehouse located on Interstate 30 in Greenville, Texas. The previous construction and architect firm had estimated the project at $6,100,000. With the help and guidance of PCM, Farmers Electric was able to complete the project at $3,200,000.
